The Windy City Pride Bowling League - A Brief History

Ok, maybe that is a little too brief, lets try that again. We are an LGBTQ+ straight friendly league that has been rolling (get it) for over two decades around Chicago’s north side. Our members are friendly, outgoing, supportive, competitive, sometimes silly, compassionate and fun. We range in ages from “can I see an ID for the beer” to “no there isn’t a drink discount for AARP”. Our skill levels range from “are you sure we can’t use the bumpers” to “Have you ever considered joining the tour” and everything in-between.

In addition to having a fun night out, Windy City Pride is a charitable league supporting multiple different local charities every year. Charities range from LGBTQ+ to animal welfare to food banks.
